A family built and operated mixed use building in Maylands comprising a basement live music venue, ground level cafe / bar with upper level commercial and residential units.

As local architects, we were engaged to continue the development approval documents into construction drawings, including co-ordination of consultants and complex compliance issues for a multi classification building.
