The refurbishment of an existing cafe / restaurant (De-DOME'd) with a superb view over Mindarie Marina. The goal was to remove the memory of the previous fitout yet retain the daily patronage and extend the hospitality service into the evening, and introduce an authentic Italian restaurant with minimal fuss. Refinement of the internal and external surfaces assisted in cleaning up the meterial palette with assistance from Ergoline Furniture, Alti Lighting, Utopia Industries and associated trades.
