A new tavern in the heart of Westfield Carousel's new rooftop dining precinct called The Waverley Brewhouse in collaboration with Seven Willow Design. The origins of the name in reference to The Waverley Hotel located in Cannington of times past.

The aim of the tavern was to bring back the family tavern, a welcoming place - one which is familiar and uniquely West Australian. The use of midland brick, jarrah, stained glass and concrete provides a refined industrial aesthetic whilst the nano-brewery (soon to be installed) proudly stands tall in the heart of the space. Local sports clubs and the like can take ownership of the brew within these tanks to promote fundraising opportunities.

You may have heard the rumour - and yes its true..... this was built in record time of 28 days with Utopia Industries - Fab, Danny, Vickey and their super trades. Lets not do that again.
