Yes i know, everyone is doing a pre-fab these days, but we're thinking more along the lines of a kit home (3 bed + study / 2 baths) that comes in pieces delivered in a sea container and can be installed in 3 hours! Im only kidding, its just another weekender but we're trying to work backwards from standard sheet sizes of steel studs, external & internal cladding sheets so there is no cutting, no waste and no frills..... maybe the front door will be blue.
