Victoria House in Shenton Park is on the home stretch with PACT Construction. A mixed use project lead by Hesperia and delivered in conjunction with MJA Architects and Place Laboratory - this one has been a long time coming.

From our side we looked after the adaptive reuse portion of the former Shenton Park Rehabilition Hospital which has a very long history as a building which has taken care of people for almost 100 years.

The original building had been added, refurbished and remodelled over many eras, so the intent of our work was to remove much of the intrusive elements and reinstate the original fabric as best we could.

The building is in great shape for such an old building and we are looking forward to seeing this come to fruition - this has been a long term relationship from 2017.
